Steps to Receive a Rebate:

1. Purchase and install a qualifying EnergySaver® rated High Efficiency Clothes Washer.
2. One rebate will be issued for one clothes washer.
3. Once the rebate application is approved, a rebate package is mailed to the customer.
4. Rebate packages include a list of EnergySaver® approved High Efficiency Clothes Washers replacements along with a list of participating vendors.
5. Applicant completes, signs and dates the other side of this application and returns it with a copy of current water bill and original dated sales receipt to address at bottom of the other side of this application.
