Toilet Rebate Amount and Details:

The value of the high efficiency toilet rebate is up to $165 and may cover the entire cost of a HET if the total cost does not exceed the total value of the rebate. Toilet cost that exceeds the rebate value is not covered and will not be paid through this program. No refund or credit will be given if the toilet cost is less that the rebate value. Toilet cost that exceeds the rebate value is to be paid by the applicant and is the sole responsibility of the applicant. Additional funding may be provided through your local water district's participation and will be added to the rebate form.

Verification of Toilet Installation:

Your water district reserves the right to inspect to verify the installation of the new HET model submitted for this rebate program, and if contacted, you agree to allow for a post-installation inspection.

HE Toilet Rebate Program Duration

The High Efficiency Toilet Rebate Program begins on February 1, 2008. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, only while funding is available, or until the program is discontinued. MWA/DWR, in its discretion, may, at any time modify, suspend, or terminate this program without prior notice.
